I guess I should have read the reviews about how bad your service department was before allowing them to take my car to install a lift, wheels, and tires. A job that only requires 6-8 hrs of SRT time has tak service department was before allowing them to take my car to install a lift, wheels, and tires. A job that only requires 6-8 hrs of SRT time has taken well over 30 hrs and has been accompanied by continuous lies, misinformation, horrible communication, and now faulty re-work. I will be leaving negative reviews like everyone else, just thought you should know. It’s time to erase your service department and start over. I literally could have completed this job in my garage at home in under 8 hrs. More

Horrible experience. Worst service I've ever had. They kept my F150 for a month, and pronounced all systems OK, but on the drive home I knew they were wrong. A call to Worst service I've ever had. My truck is still not fixed, but solving the problem would mean "thinking out of the box" and do more diagnostics than they like to do. This had been a very frustrating experience for their staff and for me. I escalated to Ford, hoping their engineers could hold the techs' hands, but that has also failed. I know electrical issues can be difficult, but it takes a trained and knowledgeable tech who is able and ALLOWED to do more than the most basic tests. I won't stop on my quest to get my truck working properly, even if it takes a certified letter to Jim Farley (CEO of Ford Motor Company}. More
My experience went from what I thought was going to be good to the worst. arrived 8am literally 2nd car in for service, was told 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to get done. Oil Change TIRE ROTATION!!! NOT DONE good to the worst. arrived 8am literally 2nd car in for service, was told 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to get done. Oil Change TIRE ROTATION!!! NOT DONE and windshield wipers..... 2 HOURS later still waiting FINALLY at 2 hours and 15 min I went and asked about my car was told "let me check!" Came back got another person -guessing supervisor... they went back to my car then come back and tell me 15 min they are putting the wipers on now..... 2 Hours 45 Min Later i get my car!!! I now for A Fact my tires were NOT rotated, I just hope I actually GOT the Oil Change!! I can guarantee if I did not go request the status of my car I would still be sitting in the LOBBY....Service rep was clearly unconcerned. I am about I don't know 100% positive My car was forgotten about!!! More
I went in for a tricky fix, they should have told me from the get go that they couldn't fix it. After a couple days literally told me to take it to another dealership. I did, warranty company said since Bill the get go that they couldn't fix it. After a couple days literally told me to take it to another dealership. So now here I am 18 days in, and I'm fairly certain they haven't even submitted the pictures the warranty company. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Zero communication. They never call back when they say they will. Every time I walk in there 10 people are just standing around chit chatting like they don't have anything to do. Root of the problem is obviously management. Clearly they don't give two xxxxs about running the place. They have one customer to keep happy and that's all they care about. If your not in a TPD vehicle you will not get any kind of service from this place. So I'm left with paying out of pocket for a $3000 repair at a different shop, or waiting for them. All the while I'm paying $50 a xxxxing day for a xxxx rental car! These are the WORST mechanics in the world. More

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BILL CURRIE FORD IN TAMPA! ! My AC was cutting out, took it in to get fixed, cost me $1500, which I thought was steep. Problem not fixed. Took it in again, cost another $1500, problem still not fixed. Called back to talk to the manager who told me she's not a service agent or mechanic. Had to ask her if she even worked at Bill Currie Ford. They want me to bring it in AGAIN for exploratory repairs which I assume will be another $1500 with no credit whatsoever from previous repairs. So let's see, $4500 for an AC repair which may or may not fix the problem? xxxx no!! I'm taking my car somewhere else and I will never, never, never, ever go back to Bill Currie ford. At a minimum, they need to train their managers on how to speak with people on the phone. She was rude, brash, and talked over me when explaining the situation. Now I don't expect special treatment, I just want my xxxx AC fixed and they've proven to me they're not capable of doing so. And they're not even nice about it. STAY AWAY FROM BILL CURRIE FORD!! More
I have had problems with Bill Curry Ford in the past and now 1 1/2 years later I’m having issues with them again. I spoke to someone in the service dept on a Tues. He couldn’t answer my question but said he now 1 1/2 years later I’m having issues with them again. I spoke to someone in the service dept on a Tues. He couldn’t answer my question but said he would find out and call me back. Never called back so on Thur. I called again and spoke to a woman who also didn’t have the answer and said she would find out and call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. This is in regards to having the crystal fusion reapplied to my windshield. It’s in response to an email reminder to have it done. Sadly it has to be done by this dealer. When a dealership gets this big the service is at the bottom. More
