Dishonest, arrogant, deceitful, lying sales team Worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I called this dealership and asked about their website advertised price on a vehicle. Girl on phone told me that price would be honored after asking me specific questions to see if I qualified. I asked again and she said yes. Got to dealership and was passed on to salesperson who was nice enough but lacked experience. Drove car and the dance started as he read the script...what payment would you need to do a deal today? What monthly payment do you want, etc.... Told him I was there for the advertised price per my earlier phone call. Off he goes to see Sales Mgr and puts me in "waiting mode", you know to tire you out and make you just want to say yes to them. He comes back with a price ~$80 higher per month. I said I'm not doing this and went to Sales Mgr desk. He freaked out that a customer would dare approach him. Said I ambushed him by asking if he was going to honor the advertised price. Said no, fine print this and that. I mentioned my phone call. He said the people who answer phones don't know anything and he's not accountable to what they say. Absolute disgraceful approach to running a business and I recommend you steer far and wide from this cesspool. More
I really appreciate the straight talk. I purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Jean Correa. Good person and none of the typical sales garbage at other dealerships. He even came in on his day off when I was picking up my vehicle to make sure it was him to walk me through the pick up process. Tony was terrific as well and I really appreciate the straight talk with none of the dog and pony show. I started my search with Deluca, went to another dealership, who gave me a lower payment, and then went back to Deluca to close the deal. I knew at that point I had the best price possible and good people to work with. More

time to contact a lawyer! UNBELIEVEABLE - I guess it's time to contact a lawyer! I requested cancellation of the extended warranty for the new vehicle. I was assured that they UNBELIEVEABLE - I guess it's time to contact a lawyer! I requested cancellation of the extended warranty for the new vehicle. I was assured that they were handling this for me but when I questioned their follow through, I was told they would send me a check for the amount of the warranty so I could send it to my lender and apply it to my loan - THAT WAS OVER 6 WEEKS AGO!! Today, I contacted my lender and was told they have not received any "refund" to apply to my loan. They recommended I contact the warranty company directly - Mopar Vehicle Protection. I was able to talk with a representative and she also confirmed that my "coverage" had not been cancelled and actually was "active"! She gave me the instructions of what I need to do to resolve this - however, cancelling the policy now incurs a "PRORATED" rebate - SCREWED BY DELUCA AGAIN!!! I intend to prepare the necessary documents they instructed me to create and bring them to DeLuca for processing. Bottom line - NEVER! and I mean NEVER consider buying/leasing a vehicle from DeLuca - EVER!! I intend to use every social media app available to me to let as many people as possible know what a sham this dealership is...TOP DOWN! Save yourself every negative feeling and emotion - DON'T GO TO DELUCA!!! More
Had been repeat customers for 4 vehicles - NEVER AGAIN! Too many issues to list as this was one of the worse experiences I have had with a dealership! Bait and Switch tactics; ignored request to cancel add- Too many issues to list as this was one of the worse experiences I have had with a dealership! Bait and Switch tactics; ignored request to cancel add-on warranty coverage that now requires I deal with assuring I get the 'refund' for this coverage - also caused my monthly payment to increase above the maximum monthly payment I stated I could afford; baseless "promises" by everyone involved with this transaction - Sales Manager (bad); General Manager (worse); Finance Manager (worse of all). All of these people dropped the ball and made 'promises' that they did not deliver on. Will NEVER set foot in a DeLuca dealership ever again! Will also make sure as many people as I can reach knows not to go to this dealership - EVER!! More
