Staff was courteous and friendly, but when I went to pay my $400.00 bill I was shocked to see that the use of a credit card imposed a surcharge. I cannot imagine an automobile dealer risking customer satisf my $400.00 bill I was shocked to see that the use of a credit card imposed a surcharge. The use of credit cards is nearly universal in this day and time and I have only a few times encountered such a surcharge. I know then to avoid such restaurants, but never expected such a disappointment from Bill Dickason. Not sure what I will do about it. More

Every person I encountered at BDChevy was polite and professional. I was concerned that it was time to replace my front brakes but that is a job I have always done. However, At almost 78 with a recent k professional. I was concerned that it was time to replace my front brakes but that is a job I have always done. However, At almost 78 with a recent knee replacement I thought it better to have a Chevy dealer do the work. I no more than was seated in the waiting room and I was asked to look at my brake pads. At 89,000 miles they were hardly worn. Since I needed transmission fluid and coolant changed I had them to do that work instead. The price I had to pay turned out to be significantly lower than they quoted me (that I was willing to pay). I have some additional fluid changes to be done soon and I will be taking my truck to Dickason Chevy. I was a pleasure to deal with professional, polite people. More
