My daughter's 2023 trailblazer had a gear shift switch go out. I called and told them what was wrong and made an appointment at 9:30 the next week, left it the night before in the parking lot. Called as soon out. I called and told them what was wrong and made an appointment at 9:30 the next week, left it the night before in the parking lot. Called as soon as service department opened on the day of the appointment to let them know the vehicle was there and where to find the key - all was well. Around 11, Ashely called and was less-than-kind about the car being left there. She then proceeded to be unclear about diagnostic costs, etc. They appeared to have replaced the switch and it is working now, but I will think twice before going back. I have purchased two vehicles from here and had great service in the sales department, but would not recommend the service department. More
