BDchevy truly cares about their customers and they care so much they take on customers that have problems from other dealerships like myself and that BDchevy truly cares about their customers and they care so much they take on customers that have problems from other dealerships like myself and that is why I only trust BDchevy to service my vehicle because not only did they find the issues Peters blatantly ignored, they fixed it and made me feel like I was family because they actually took the time to listen and understand that I felt there was something wrong with my Malibu even though there was no indicator lights on the dashboard to warn me there might be a problem and actually found several issues and fixed them and I’m so great full for that because Tyler is the first technician out the 4 dealerships I’ve been to that actually has some brains because I had answers with in few hours and didn’t leave me feeling like I was crazy like so many dealers done to me because he had the mental capacity to think outside the box unlike everywhere else that never even thought to check the shark fin because if it’s not installed properly it can’t send notices to the computer for the computer to send me notifications that there’s something malfunctioning on my vehicle and for that I’m beyond thankful and satisfied with not only the service team but with the whole dealership because of how much they care More
