Great Service We were out-of-state travelers with an electrical/transmission/speedometer problem and McKaig took care of us very well. From the initial call with Fran to the employees that kept checking on our welfare and offering coffee and water we were treated like valued long-standing customers. Mariela kept us informed and understood the importance of passing the problem history directly to the mechanic. Tyler did the computer diagnostic, listened to the various symptoms, test drove, made the repair, and test drove it again to confirm all was well. We even received gift cards to McDonald's across the street for our lunch since we had been waiting so long. Everyone at McKaig was a great blessing to us in our time of need. We were diagnosed, fixed, and on our way in about 4 hours, much better than we expected! More
