Review of my experience on 10/21/15 Had a problem with my AC. My rep Shannon was great. He helped us to the waiting area and asked if we wanted water or coffee. Then he went to see about our AC and came back a few minutes later with answer to the problem, what would fix the problem and approx. time to fix. He came back several times to keep us informed. Others at the dealership also made us feel at home. One rep even gave our little dog a drink of water. How great is that. Love all of employees at McKaig. More
