Communication with service was awful - AGAIN! Happens everytime I come there! I waited an hour and 45 minutes only to be told that what I actually scheduled the appt for didn’t happen. Clearly there is a huge disconnect between the customer service dept you schedule with, the service advisor team and the technicians. I only came there because I was told I had to get this particular service done at Infiniti- otherwise I have my vehicle car done at Bill Dodge Brunswick because Infiniti messes it up everytime and wastes my time! The entire service department is professional and work well together as a team. I have been satisfied with every service appointment in the past 3 years that I have used them since moving to Maine. I purchased a used a vehicle and Rob still brought it in the showroom big red bow and all and made it really special. The entire finance team was patient and easy to work with. The same thing can be said for the service dept. I started going there for the rewards but will keep going back for Sheri and her team. Truly some of the nicest people out there! Bill Dodge has been great to me, not like any other dealership I’ve been to. More
I was late for my appointment because I got lost. You would not have even known that by the way they greeted me. Two people got up out of their chairs to show me the way to the service area to park my car and be greeted by a friendly receptionist. They promptly took my car. The technician communicated very well when the car was done and what needs were recommended and promptly fixed the ones I approved right away. Plus I got a car wash. Definitely A+ on customer service with friendliness, timelines, and communication. More
