Was told by Johnathon Bowman the finance manager, that the rate was 5.9%. We hesitated to buy gap and extended warranty ($3800) until he said we had 30 days to drop it. Within 10 days we found consider the rate was 5.9%. We hesitated to buy gap and extended warranty ($3800) until he said we had 30 days to drop it. Within 10 days we found considerably cheaper and better coverage and called to drop his extended coverage. Johnathon says if that extra coverage is dropped, the interest rate would go up to 12.9%. I protested why rate would more than double from what it was agreed to before adding the extra coverage (which he makes a nice commission on) if we elected to drop the that coverage. He agreed to do 8.9%. We decided to leave the coverage on because our payment would be higher if coverage was dropped. Not happy with Bill Dube Ford. I feel anyone doing business with them to be careful. More

We started by test driving a couple different configurations and I was able to quickly decide what I wanted for a truck and after a fair amount of discussion with Lancer, which features/ extras were important to me. Next move was for Lancer to go on line and do a search for the truck I was looking for, as Bill Dube didn’t have one that filled all of my requirements on their lot. He was able to come close but every truck he found was missing one or more of the key features I was looking for. Lancer said that because I wasn’t in an immediate rush to have the truck in my possession and because I had such a specific list of features that I wanted, that we could do a special order and build me that exact truck. Nothing missing and nothing extra that I didn’t want. Long story short. I’m now driving the perfect vehicle for me,and as I said”I couldn’t be happier”.
