We had out two toddlers with us, and Nate continually checked on them, made sure they were comfortable, and kept us informed throughout the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He is exactly the kind of salesperson you would hope to work with. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was the complete opposite. We had to return to the dealership twice because of their department issues. We even scheduled an appointment to avoid another long wait, but upon our arrival with still waited an hour. What was most disappointing was witnessing the way Devon (finance) interacted with Nate. It was obvious Nate was trying to help us and do the right thing. As a newer employee, I would have expected him to receive guidance and support. Instead, Devon spoke to him in a way that came across as dismissive and embarrassing, right in front of us. It was uncomfortable to witness and unprofessional. Rather than helping a newer team member serve a customer, he appeared more interested in shutting him down. Despite all of that, Nate remained calm, courteous, and continued to advocate for us throughout the process. He handled an uncomfortable situation with professionalism and exceeded our expectations. Nate is the reason this review is not a one star. He went above and beyond for our family, and we truly appreciate it. I hope dealership management recognizes an exceptional employee they have in Nate and addresses the lack of customer service and professionalism within the finance department, because it overshadowed what should have been a great car buying experience. Let me start by saying I don’t like car dealers, I have never enjoyed the “experience”. My 24 year old daughter has been looking to purchase her very first car and settled on a Toyota 4Runner, model and co never enjoyed the “experience”. He was very helpful through the process and really cares about who he is working with. Sean helped him throughout the process and spent quite a bit of time with my daughter today going over everything about the vehicle. Ann was so nice and made sure to make her way over to say hello and welcome us back. Devin is their finance guy, he was personable, clear and patient with us. If that wasn’t enough, when we began to drive off another guy named Brian stopped to thank us for our business.
