Bill Estes Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Took my vehicle there in March for service. Needed CV axle replaced, they replaced the shafts. Less than 2 months later the snap ring on the intermediate shaft snapped while doing 60mph. Too Needed CV axle replaced, they replaced the shafts. Less than 2 months later the snap ring on the intermediate shaft snapped while doing 60mph. Took it back to them, they claimed the warranty company declined the repair which was far from the truth. They never submitted a claim according to my warranty company. They didn't charge me to fix it but lied so they didn't have to deal with fixing it properly. They only replaced the snap ring, claim the did inspect the intermediate shaft but after catching them lying to my face I have no reason to believe they did anything they said they did. Stay away from this place. Rude staff, claim they don't give out loaners when in fact they do but will tell you they are all loaned out and you have to wait for one to be returned. Absolute joke of a place. I also called the warranty company and put them on the "I do not recommend list" and to note if I needed warranty work it would be from another place. More

The second time we went back we learned that a former student of mine worked there, and he, Mitchel Dotson, helped us lease our Chrysler Pacifica. Mitch was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful, as was Leon. All the staff at this location were wonderful, and frankly, it was the best car buying/leasing experience I’ve ever had. These guys know their stuff and are only concerned about their customers getting the best. They’ll have my business for a long time!! More
