Tanya, we strongly disagree with the characterization of events outlined in your review. The vehicle you purchased was sold in good faith and had undergone our standard inspection process prior to being offered for sale, but it was a 2017 with over 130k miles on it. When you returned with concerns shortly after purchase, we evaluated the vehicle promptly and ultimately made the decision to unwind the transaction and refund your payment. At no time was the vehicle represented as a “lemon,” nor was there any admission of intentional wrongdoing. Once it was determined that the situation could not be resolved to your satisfaction, we processed your refund that same day. We strive to handle all customer interactions professionally and respectfully. While we understand emotions can run high in situations involving vehicle concerns, the claims of harassment and misconduct do not reflect the facts as we experienced them.
