However, the trip my husband and I made today to Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg was quite a surprise. No high pressure tactics, no stressful bartering over price or trade-in value, everyone was friendly and helpful. The service department was very courteous, we had to drive a ways to purchase the vehicle and they took that into consideration when installing an update. They gave us a loaner while our car was being worked on and ensured they got it done as quickly as possible to get us back on the road.
