Terrible experience I tried to buy my last truck at this dealer and the customer service was terrible. Sales manager didn’t do what he promised to do, and tried to low I tried to buy my last truck at this dealer and the customer service was terrible. Sales manager didn’t do what he promised to do, and tried to low ball me on my trade in by only valuing my vehicle on the base price, not on the original sticker with all of the upgrades. His value was thousands below the KBB trade in value (I know this because he left his NADA value sheet with me). When I called him out, he seemed angry with me. Anyway, he said he’d check into it and call me back. I never heard from him and he sold the truck I was looking at. I emailed him and the GM, but neither could be bothered enough to call me back (until I gave them a negative rating in a survey they emailed to me last March). Too little, too late. I guess my new car purchase every 3-4 years isn’t enough to make me a valued customer in their minds. More
