We had our 3 young kids with us, and Brian and his team never once made us feel like our kids were in the way. We do not live in Brownsburg, but we will happily travel the 45+ minutes to Bill Estes for any of our future car buying experiences, and will be recommending Brian and this dealership to our family and friends! Work till its right! What started off as a nightmare with my 2016 Ford F150, returning multiple times, trying to find out what the issues are, and thinking its been fix, a What started off as a nightmare with my 2016 Ford F150, returning multiple times, trying to find out what the issues are, and thinking its been fix, and then you drive it off the lot and its has the same issues. Finally after along process of headaches, I think its finally fixed. I know I wasn't pleasant to work with, but I just couldn't understand why my brand new truck had issues. Dennis Smith was my service advisor and I let him have it everyday, and not once was he unpleasant with me. I also was in contact with Robert Saunders, who I also wasn't so pleasant with. I will say after the nightmare of this truck, I can finally say that those two guys deserve a excellent rating because they was always there to listening to my frustration.
