He didn't pressure us at all and continually asked what he could do to earn our business. We are usually a Skillman family but wanted to try out a new dealership. We are glad we did. Initially he seemed willing to help which is typical. Said he'll contact me once finance looks at everything. Made several attempts throughout the day no response. He then text after closing saying everything is in good order. Never gave figures or numbers. I reached out Day 4 and he said he spoke to Darryl and they can't do the deal. Basically wanted higher deposit. The same deposit to pay the balance of the vehicle. Jason then text me saying Jason is unreachable and it's his day off. I told him to call me to explain. Jason Barrett then said I have an attitude and ramble on. He is a typical saleman and lied. More
