Nathan did a good job on the internet to answer questions, send more info, etc. We eventually traveled down there to Brownsburg to meet him "face to face". We ended up buying and he made that process go smoothly. We did get surprised with a few things that the "clean up / detail" folks had missed and Nathan was embarrassed but he "made it all come out in the end" and we are thankful for his help. More
