My girlfriend keeps talking about this fella Frank at Bill Estes in brownsburg Indiana. I hate car dealerships. I tolerate car salesmen. Not that they are bad but I have never had a good experience in my 40 years. I have even returned a car. I don't like payments and i hate spending half a day in a dealership. So i gave in and went to this "guy"(frank). He was fun, down to earth. He did what he said he was gonna do. Got me in a price range that I did not think was possible and best ever......i was in and out in 2 hours. That included the test drive. I am so very impressed and would say to anyone looking for a car "I have a guy" He represents his dealership very well. 8 More

I've been to dealerships where the salesperson really tries to push you into something you can't afford we did not get that with Frank. We walked away feeling good about our purchase not "took". Horrible experience I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT350 in April from Bill Estes Ford, the purchase process was wonderful however less than a month after purchase the front I purchased a 2017 Mustang GT350 in April from Bill Estes Ford, the purchase process was wonderful however less than a month after purchase the front air splitter came off and was dragging under the car while I was driving down the highway on our vacation. The car has barely been driven. No collision, no impact! I contacted Ford who referred me to the dealer. We live out of state, were advised to take to our local dealer and our local dealer stated that the piece may have been installed incorrectly after delivery to the dealer and have found multiple complaints online about the issue. This began on May 16, 2017. As of today, June 5th, I continue to wait for a resolution. At this point I would be happy with a call back! The service manager and general manager are MIA after phone calls and messages about every other day since the occurrence. Pretty disappointing when you purchase a brand new car that the dealer doesn't even let you test drive. They were great when we were handing money over for purchase, but after the fact I realized it was just a show. I will never purchase another vehicle here. Update- at the insistence of the dealer I am amending this review. The car was fixed, this dealer supplied the parts and I had an alternative dealer install. I drove 2 hours one way to have the car looked at by Bill Estes, they were informed before the visit that I would not be leaving the car there for repairs however they did have a loner car for me- apparently they thought I would change my mind. The GM agreed to pay for the parts and service to be completed at the dealer of my choice, so I have to say that was taken care of. Of interesting note, Bill Estes has put forth more effort to get me to remove this review then they did to fix the car, which is a very backwards way to run a business, in my opinion. Customer service seems to be an afterthought. The response when I stated I would not remove the review was "well we did fix the car right?" Really?? Yes, after I had a fit, called the dealer multiple times over a couple of weeks, contacted another dealer, Ford HQ several times and the customer service manager- I had to take a day off work to drive the car to them when they could have put me, the customer first and had another dealer verify the issue with the part, they did fix the issue. Wow, Bill Estes, you score a big fat zero in customer service and have earned every bit of 5 stars For customer disrespect, belittling, and frustration- congratulations! Hope my addendum was worth the last 6 phone calls. Try putting that much effort into fixing the problem instead of trying to hide the problems from your future customers. More

Best vehicle buying experience to date This is my 4th or 5th vehicle I've purchased from a dealership, but this was by far the best and easiest experience. I had an idea of what I wanted (S This is my 4th or 5th vehicle I've purchased from a dealership, but this was by far the best and easiest experience. I had an idea of what I wanted (SUV that can tow 5k pounds and has 3rd row seating), so I messaged Frank Wolfe to see what vehicles they had. A few caught our eye initially, but Frank made sure we looked at and drove everything to rule some out. It ultimately came down to a 2013 Santa Fe and 2011 Ford Explorer. As you can see from the picture, the explorer won. Frank met our budget, but exceeded our expectations. Mike in finance was awesome too, explained things to me and checked in so I wasn't lost. Overall, just a great experience and I'd recommend the dealership, Frank, Mike, and the whole staff in general. Very friendly environment that's about the person walking through the door, not about the vehicles on the lot. I'm happy, the wife's happy, my wallet is happy, I cant say enough about Bill Estes Ford and the experience we had. More
