Great Experience! I spent a lot of time researching trucks before going in person to shop. While I read a lot online it's hard to decipher opinions from facts. I had originally come to look at a used truck a few weeks prior but after doing some digging came down to 2 trucks. One was a Ford at Bill Estes and another a Chevy at Andy Mohr. I can't emphasize enough the difference I experienced between the dealerships and the salesmen. Bill Estes was a much more relaxed and intimate experience. I felt as if Mitch and everyone was working with me to help me pick out the perfect vehicle for my needs. He explained the different options and was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. The few things he didn't know he made sure to get me an answer immediately from someone who did. Most salesmen make it up as they go to try and sell a car. I compare Bill Estes and other dealerships to Brownsburg vs a bigger city. In the other dealerships I felt like just a number or cattle being herded through the process. Never once did I feel that way at Bill Estes. It was a very personal experience and my wife and I couldn't be happier! More

Only Ford Dealership in Indiana to purchase a vehicle I shopped at another dealership in Indianapolis and wasn't happy with the run around.
