We had set an appointment to meet with Darryl to go over financing options before looking at vehicles. Zac took our information and worked with Darryl to lock in a good rate for financing. I've had three Ford Escapes in the past and had few, if any, engine problems. So my first choice was an Escape. Joel went over all the features in a professional manner that was easy to understand. This was a Certified 2012 Escape. I told Joel if they can get the financing and payment in an affordable range, I would take it. Zac and Darryl worked with several lenders to make this happen. As opposed to other dealerships which make this part of the buying process a game of sales rep getting his boss' "approval" and going back and forth, the team at Estes were down to earth and truly cared about what I needed to make the deal happen. My wife and I came in at 7 PM and by 8:30 PM I had test driven my Escape, completed financing, and signed the paperwork. This Bill Estes Ford is a model of how car dealerships should be run. No hassles, no pressure, and I received a great car at a fair price. I would be remiss if I did not mention what brought us to the dealership in the first place--Bill Estes in his commercial. No yelling, "today only" sales, or bait and switch. Just great cars at reasonable rates. We were not disappointed with the fairness we received. He did some checking and found the perfect car for her within our price range. Even though we bought an older used vehicle, we were treated as if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and it was evident they work well together. As Joel was preparing our paperwork, another employee stopped by to make sure we were okay and offered drinks. Another associate told Joel he could put the plates on for him while we finished the paperwork. The team effort was refreshing. We would definitely recommend Joel and the dealership to others. More
