I purchased a car for myself a year ago and had an awesome experience with this dealership and the sales person Joel Stucker. He did not let me down as he did a phenomenal job for my daughter. She was extremely satisfied with the car and the deal that was made. I would also give rave reviews to the finance specialist Greg Floyd as he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. I highly recommend these two individuals if you want someone who will NOT pressure you into making a hasty decision. I will definitely go to them again in the future. More

vehicle with in our Budget I looked on line at a different vehicle and sent an email to set up a time to take for test drive. When we got there found out it was sent to auction I looked on line at a different vehicle and sent an email to set up a time to take for test drive. When we got there found out it was sent to auction. We told them our budget all in and they worked with us on that. The SUV we were looking at had a minor problem they fixed on their dime. Very please with a dealership that is willing to work with someone with a cash budget. I would recommend them to whom ever is buying brand new or old. More

After doing online research, I found a few leftover 2016 models of the car I was interest in at three different dealerships. Contacted each dealership to get additional information. All were very helpful. Test drove two cars at one dealership and discussed price but I couldn't get the price down to where I felt I wanted to be. I went next to Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. Test drove two more cars and discussed price. Bill Estes was very eager to work with me on price. I made an aggressive offer on each of the two cars I test drove with an out-the-door price, knowing that I would get a counteroffer on each. To my surprise, Bill Estes came back with a lower price than I offered on one of the cars and a slightly higher offer on the other. The dealer had searched online and found an additional $750 Ford discount in our name that made the difference. I was more interested in the higher priced car (additional features and color). I was asked the proverbial "what would it take to make a deal today". I gave them my 'make a deal today' offer and they agreed! I got what I considered to be a very good price on a one year old but brand new (21 miles) car. The salesman (Nathan Wright) and the sales manager (Zac) never applied pressure beyond the 'make a deal today' question. More
