Was met at the door immediately by Mitch...which was helpful because I needed a car now. Told Mitch what I wanted to spend per month, he showed me a Ford Fiesta SE. We drove it, ran the credit, got approved, sat down with the Finance Manager signed all necessary paperwork....Out the door inside of 2 hours. Done photo shoot With Mitch....he asked for my Autograph too, i declined....lol jk.. All in all, awesome experience, will buy all future cars with Mitch. Energetic, a real go getter. When there is some much negative about Millenials....My Man Mitch was cut from a different cloth. Kid will have his name on his own dealership one day. Positive Energy, Positive results. Great Experience Came in to test drive a pickup truck and saw an Explorer. Unfortunately it was so new it wasn't in the system yet. Frank and the staff made it a easy experience and did all the numbers over the phone. So all that needed to be done at the end a couple phone calls was paper work. Service above and beyond We took a new truck that my husband had bought there in for service. When they notices a dent that he had received from a run-in with a shopping cart We took a new truck that my husband had bought there in for service. When they notices a dent that he had received from a run-in with a shopping cart, they had their "dent doctor" look at it. We made an appointment to take it back for him to work on and he was able to fix it, and at a much lower cost than the body shop estimate! While we were there, I looked at new cars and the sales staff was excellent. We wanted a sway out of a regular sun visor to once with remote garage door openers. The service department took a look and was able to do it for us right then! I purchased a new Ford Edge and am very happy with it and the total Bill Estes experience! More
