Patient and Painless I enjoyed working with this group. Everyone was very attentive to what I was needing and desiring for my car. Going in, I had talked to Zac and told h I enjoyed working with this group. Everyone was very attentive to what I was needing and desiring for my car. Going in, I had talked to Zac and told him the cars I wanted to test drive and they were all ready for me when I arrived. I took all 3 for test drives with Nathan and he was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. Once I finished, it became apparent which one I wanted and ruled out the other 2 immediately. I was able to test drive and purchase the car the same day with ease. I had a rental at the time of my purchase. I bought the car Saturday and came and picked it up Monday and was able to leave my rental car with them for the local rental shop to pick up. I was pleased with my car buying experience at Bill Estes Ford. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car with them and also recommend the team I worked with. Buying a car is stressful and they made it as easy as possible for me, for which I am very thankful for. More

Trade In I took my Grand Prix in on its last leg to try to get a more reliable vehicle.
