My salesperson, Joel was great, friendly and open, he treated me like he ha I had an excellent experience buying a new car at Bill Estes Ford lately. My salesperson, Joel was great, friendly and open, he treated me like he had known me all our lives and he was knowledgeable about the product and the services available. The finance team was very helpful as well and shared a great deal of information with me throughout the process. I was not subjected to any overly pushy sales pressure. The person who walked me through the use of the vehicle and its amenities was very nice and explained things, a lot of things these days, in a manner that was easy to understand and he answered any and all questions without hesitation. Throughout the process several other employees introduced themselves and everyone was professional, outgoing, earnest and friendly. While I have not used the service department it looked amazing, huge and clean, it looked like you could eat off the floor. More
