I feel Mike Parham provided valuable insight by helping to evaluate the options for vehicles that fit our requirements, both new and used. I wasn't sure that it was the right time to purchase, but with the rebates on the model we bought, 0% financing and the excellent customer service we received (along with affirmation from my better half that we needed a newer vehicle to replace our 1998 model), it helped make the decision to do it now. I think we got a good deal and I look forward to the first service and a long relationship in keeping the vehicle running well. We bought the vehicle over the course of three visits to Bill Estes Ford, so we had time to make an informed decision without being pressured to buy now and I really appreciated that. More

The finance team was very helpful as well and shared a great deal of information with me throughout the process. I was not subjected to any overly pushy sales pressure. The person who walked me through the use of the vehicle and its amenities was very nice and explained things, a lot of things these days, in a manner that was easy to understand and he answered any and all questions without hesitation. Throughout the process several other employees introduced themselves and everyone was professional, outgoing, earnest and friendly. While I have not used the service department it looked amazing, huge and clean, it looked like you could eat off the floor. More

Bought a used F-150 I was in need of a truck capable of towing over 9,000 lbs. I was very interested in the EcoBoost because of the high torque, but I needed a 3.55 axle I was in need of a truck capable of towing over 9,000 lbs. I was very interested in the EcoBoost because of the high torque, but I needed a 3.55 axle. New wasn't an option, but I didn't want high mileage used. I also wanted a few options including crew cab, rear view camera, 4x4. I was willing to wait until the right truck became available. Estes was able to put me into a truck that met my needs for a price I was willing to pay. Also, I've call with several questions about the truck and have always gotten a quick response. So far, I'm very happy with my decision and experience. More

I am greeted with a smile and called by name each time I drive into the service bay, from Ali to Weston (that's as close as I can get to "from A to Z"). The gals that work the check out counter always ask if I need anything and are even willing to bring me a cup of coffee.
