Great connection. When I walked into Bill Estes Ford 4 weeks ago I knew that day I would be buying my next automobile from this establishment. The first person that approached my wife and I was Frank Wolfe. Frank asked my wife and I if he could help us find anything particular. From then on it just seemed like we were talking to family. There was no pressure to buy. We told Frank we were looking for a vehicle but we're not in a rush. Frank treated us like gold. We test drove a vehicle or 2. We told Frank we would be back in a few weeks. It actually took a little longer. However on the day we decided to purchase our Suburban Frank was right there to assist us.
