AMAZING I was blown away from start to finish. I was heading to bed Friday night and something said, "Look at Toyota Tundra." Next thing I know I was chatti I was blown away from start to finish. I was heading to bed Friday night and something said, "Look at Toyota Tundra." Next thing I know I was chatting live with Stephanie. I was planning on coming to Bill Estes next week. Next thing I know I'm getting up, chatting live with Eric (?). Next thing I know, I'm leaving school and heading to Brownsburg. Mike, told me to meet him when I got there and my truck would be waiting for me. Even though I was there three hours, it felt like 30 minutes. I have never seen such a friendly, happy, exciting team effort in my life. Well, one time and that was at my job when I was just getting started. Everybody worked well together and it turned me on (at my job). I was blessed. So, blessed, I met Jesus there. Got sober and haven't been in a wreck or arrested in the entire time I've driven my former baby (truck)...17 years. Mike was awesome and his energy made me feel super. The dealership was clean everywhere I went. The truck was fantastic! God has given me a vision a week ago when I spotted a truck just like it, only black. Now, I'm walking in a miracle. I had people praying for me because this was a huge decision. Mike, in his busy day, took time to get to know me, and offered prayer afterwards. This meant the world to me. My dad has never done this and I am grateful for my life. Yesterday was one of the most memorable days of my life. I just watched a movie that night (last night) called God's Not Dead 2, the teacher was being charged with a crime (sharing her faith with a student). This student loved her teacher, but others were out to get her (teacher). I will drive my new baby (truck) and I know soon I will be married with children and they will love "White Wings," the name of my truck. This was given to me by a Minister friend who told me yesterday, "God wants to bless you." I was unsure about buying a new vehicle since the one I had worked just fine. I know that God brought me to Brownsburg and brought Mike my way. I could write so much more. But, I would recommend Bill Estes Ford to anybody. My previous truck was from Bill Estes Chevrolet in Indianapolis. I serviced my vehicle there for 15 years. Mark Phillips and Adrian helped me for a long time. I have 12 years of sobriety and what a difference God makes. Thank you Bill Estes Ford. Gregg was a blessing too!!! And, Mike's helper/assistant. He had been there 6-7 years, tall, blonde, thin. Painless and rewarding I went in looking at a specific car with no desire to see any others which I know made it tougher on Steve Meegan. He worked hard for us though and even with our limited budget got me into my dream car. Steve was polite and friendly and I saw him literally running between offices at the dealership trying to get a deal to go through for us. We had originally been set up to talk with Frank Wolfe and when we arrived he had left to work with another customer. While I got the feeling that Frank was genuinely a nice guy, I did feel "dumped" onto Steve by Frank as an unlikely buyer. However, I am glad at this turn of events as I could not have asked for a better salesperson than Steve. I was also very pleased with the finance officer we dealt with, Darryl, who presented everything with transparency and had no problem answering any questions we had. If you need a car, this is where you should go. This is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and lowest pressure dealership I've ever stepped foot in. I will be back here for my next vehicle and my next and will recommend it to everyone I know. More
