Great service I came with my dad to look for me a new car i had a really bad experience with another dealership. As soon as i walked in to bill estes i felt very w I came with my dad to look for me a new car i had a really bad experience with another dealership. As soon as i walked in to bill estes i felt very welcomed and every was so nice and they did everything they could do to help me get into a car. Tony was a great sales person he did not pressure me on buying a car he was very knowledgeable with the cars and if he didnt know an answer to my question he took the time out to call another delearship to find an answer for me. Best Ford dealer ! Sales representatives are not totally forthcoming with info My son and I went to Bill Estes to discuss buying a used car. We ended up having four, yes 4, different, sales representatives talk to us. Total push My son and I went to Bill Estes to discuss buying a used car. We ended up having four, yes 4, different, sales representatives talk to us. Total push to sell my son the vehicle on their terms. Understand that they need to make a profit but the nickel and dime tactics turned my stomach. In the end, we thought we had terms finalized only to find out that we were not told the whole story. I believe that their standard warranty is 100,000 miles or 12 months. That is what they offered my son. Don't know about you but who drives 100,000 miles in twelve months?! My son agreed to an increase in price for an ADDITIONAL warranty. Estes Ford would not support this request but accepted the additional money anyways. When my son objected to the 100,000 mile or 12-month warranty, the sales representative complained that my son was being unrealistic. Really? Finally, the fourth sales representative asked my son to sign a form the he claimed specified that my son’s information would NOT be used by Estes Ford. When my son read the form, it turned out the form stated the opposite; that Estes Ford could use his information. My son asked this person if he ever read the form. He stated that he has never read it. Really? It appears that Estes sales representatives do not know what they are handing the customer. Scary. Customer/dealer sales should be a two-way street where both gain value from the transaction. From what I saw, it was not. Total run-around. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Loyalty Pays Off Just traded my 2008 Ford Escape that I loved for 133,00 miles and 8 years. Andrew Jones let me test drive exactly the vehicles I asked about. A week Just traded my 2008 Ford Escape that I loved for 133,00 miles and 8 years. Andrew Jones let me test drive exactly the vehicles I asked about. A week later after visiting other dealers I returned to trade in my beloved vehicle and drove a spanking brand new 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I couldn't be happier. I know the service dept. will take good care of this one just like they have my others. More
