Lee was very informative throughout the entire buying process and applied no pressure. Even though we were buying a pre-owned GMC off of a Ford lot, he went out of his way to make sure we had all of the information we needed about the vehicle so we could make a confident and informed decision. As a capable woman buying a truck, if was also refreshing to deal with car sales people who didn't feel it was their job to try to "teach" me how to buy a vehicle. Overall,we had a very good experience with knowledgeable and professional people and got a great, pre-owned truck at at a very fair price. More

2016 Ford Explorer They had multiple options that I was interested in, new and used, and I ended up going with the explorer. I worked with Frank Wolfe and he walked me t They had multiple options that I was interested in, new and used, and I ended up going with the explorer. I worked with Frank Wolfe and he walked me through the pros and cons of each choice. The deal that I got ended up being $2k-$5k cheaper than identical explorers at my local CarMax dealership and they even had more miles. Overall, I would be more than happy to send my mother there. Second good experience So today I decided it was time to trade in my '09 Ford Focus for a newer model. Met up with sales person Jason Barrett. While looking at some models o So today I decided it was time to trade in my '09 Ford Focus for a newer model. Met up with sales person Jason Barrett. While looking at some models of the newer 2016 versions of the Focus, he noticed he had forgotten the keys to the one I wanted to look at. This turned out to be a good thing. As he went to track them down I happened to find a new 2015 Fusion, which I decided to take for a test drive. It was a quick change of pace, but Mr. Barrett didn't mind at all and happily went and got the keys for me. After the test drive was over both Jason and the finance guy ( sorry forgot the name ) worked with me to get the price down to where I was going to be comfortable with. So now I own my second Ford bought from this dealership...I would have no problem recommending Bill Estes Ford to any of my friends. More
