Great experience, hard to explain it. In short, Frank went out of his way to find me the exact car I was looking for. My wife and I test drove a few cars with Frank but the explorer we liked wasn't the color we wanted. Frank made a few calls, then next thing you know, it's there with less mileage than we expected. In regards to customer service, everyone we dealt with was friendly and didn't make us feel like 'just another deal'. I'd highly recommend Bill Estes Ford and highly recommend Frank. Bad service made right My second review of service has been removed from their site. I don't know why but, I had taken my 2015 Fusion in for an oil change and to have my Syn My second review of service has been removed from their site. I don't know why but, I had taken my 2015 Fusion in for an oil change and to have my Sync checked because I was having a problem running and then receiving my vehicle maintenance report. I asked the service person to have some one look at that as well. He said that they were too busy to have a technician look into that but if I would schedule an appt, they could take a look at that then. I was furious. I complained to the cashier about it and then another lady was also told about my disappointment. I bought my Fusion, from this dealership, brand new. My request didn't need a service technician to look at it, Chip, their Sync specialist, helped me fix the problem out in the parking lot, as I was heading out, very angry at the lack of service attention I received from that service person. I got a call from the cashier the next day and was told that the service manager had been told about my dissatisfaction and he wanted to refund the total cost I spent the day before. That is making bad customer service, right! I will give Bill Estes Ford another chance at providing my Ford with service and maintenance! More

I came, I drank a bottle of water, I bought a car. You know folks, the word hero gets thrown around lately. Or maybe it doesn't, I don't know, I don't get out much. Jason B is my hero, okay so not wind beneath wings level, but one worthy of plenty of praise on this site....and maybe a made for TV movie. (any producers out there, call me, we'll work something out) Jason made sure I got the car I wanted, and worked to make sure it was ready for me when I needed it. He also gave me a bottle of water, do other Ford dealerships do that? I don't know, I have never been in one before. But I can tell you one thing other Ford dealerships don't have, and that's Jason. I can go on and on about how much I enjoyed my sales experience, but I am sure there is a word limit here. Greg was super nice, and explained everything to me, I couldn't even be mad at him when he showed me the final bill. Largely because he was doing his job, and I knew the price, plus I was distracted by the awesome Ford brake disc he had on his desk. go here, buy a car, leave happy, that simple. I would have liked a hug (not really) on the way out, but it's not like I bought a Mustang, or F-150 Raptor or anything, the handshake was understandable. More
