We looked at every dealership in the Indianapolis Metro area to find exactly the vehicle we wanted to buy. We are used to living in major USA cities, so we really shop when we want to make a major purchase. Sales Consultant Steve Meegan assisted us with the purchase. He was very professional, calm, patient, super helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had. He went the extra mile to handle anything we wanted or need to make this sale happen. We got the truck we wanted at the exact price we wanted to pay. Brandon Kidd assisted us with the financing of the vehicle through Ford Motor Credit. He showed us how we could save more money over the life of the loan if we used the rebates on the vehicle rather than the zero percent interest. This was a real surprise to us, but the math worked. The next day, the General Sales Manager answered a question we had about the financing and he was nice to work with, also. It was a great experience and we recommend both of these people when you want to buy your next vehicle. More
