He spent however much time he needed to in order to provide us with the best deal. He is someone who can be trusted, as his integrity shines through his transparency. He was honest and open throughout the whole ordeal, sharing his wisdom, insight and advice when appropriate. Not once did my parents and I question his word. We came away from our time with Mike with two great cars. Met with a manager at first then was handed over to Mike to pick out the vehicle, was sent home with the vehicle with in about 30 minutes to make sure that I truly liked the vehicle. Well of course, I fell in love with it, made a phone call, they gave me a great offer, so there was not a lot of going back and forth. They set up the financing so when I came back all we had to do is sign the papers. Dustin went through all the car details with us and off we go with a 2016 Explorer Sport. Later, they wanted to set down to make sure I purchased a vehicle that day. After I told them I didn’t like a certain vehicle or a certain color on a vehicle, they tried to persuade me why I was wrong! Once I finally got away, I was bombarded with continuous calls and emails that lasted several weeks. My experience with Joel Stucker was the complete OPPOSITE of everything mentioned above. Joel greatly valued our time and our decisions as a couple. He allowed us to tell him what the next step would be in the process of searching for vehicles. If we weren’t ready to make a commitment, he told us he understood and to let him know if we changed our minds…which we obviously did! No price negotiations were ever forced.
