He made me want to buy a car from there! Everyone we came in contact with that worked there was wonderful as well. Bill Estes puts together a whole package on your car. Information from a few accredited websites, showing the value of your car. This made me feel good that they weren't trying to rip me off. They also had the whole history of when it was brought in to them. I love my new vehicle and am so glad I bought from Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg. AMAZING SERVICE FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT We went into the dealership thinking there was no way we would be driving away with a different vehicle but Lee made it happen! We traded a 2007 Chevy We went into the dealership thinking there was no way we would be driving away with a different vehicle but Lee made it happen! We traded a 2007 Chevy HHR with well over 200 thousand miles and drove away in a 2014 Nissan Altima with under 30 thousand. Now I'm not worried about breaking down with my baby in the car. Other dealerships have always seemed pushy and in your face but it wasnt like that at Bill Estes. The staff were all very friendly and were there to help us but in now way pushed a vehicle on us. Lee was amazing. He's very friendly and down to earth yet got the job done. The finance manager was great as well! I would reccommend this place to anyone! Job well done!!! More
