Kyle Lunning worked with us to find the car we wanted, and helped us work through incentives so that we were able to purchase a new vehicle for close to the cost of the used car. In addition, he worked really hard to find the car with the color and options we wanted. His patient, no pressure approach made us feel comfortable as we made the decision. Once we settled on the car, we coached through the use of the Sync system and all the technology built into out Ford Escape, which made the transition to the new vehicle much smoother. We will go back to Bill Estes, and specifically Kyle, when it's time for our next car. More
