I had purchased a ford from a different dealership a week ago and was told it has navigation and it did not. Bill Estes team helped me figure out my problems even though I didn't buy through them. I ended up giving it back to the original dealership and went to Bill Estes today. Frank was such a great help and had the best customer service I could have asked for. He turned my bad experience of my first time buying a car into a positive one. I never once felt pressured into buying or that he had the "car salesmen" attitude.
