Unbelievable When I first went to buy a car it was through drive time. I was treated so horrible by the sales employee and the manager that I ended up walking out. It had a leak in the head gasket seal. When I told them about this, the told me to call the warranty company on my way home with the new car. Wow!!! Crazy right? Not to mention this was going to be a second vehicle through them, with the first one paid off. So I took the time to call Bill Estes in Brownsburg, Indiana and it was the best decision I've ever made. From the first phone conversation I felt welcomed. When I pulled into the lot I knew I was in the right place, the car and truck selections were unbelievable. From the very first moment I shook hands with Frank Wolfe III, I knew this was going to be the guy I bought my car or truck from. I was unsure what I wanted to buy, but Frank was patient and helpful. He showed me trucks, cars, and also helped me with my personal price range. I would never buy a car from another dealership, and if I had the choice, I would never buy a car from another person besides Frank. I felt like in one day I went from the worst possible position with drive time, to without a doubt the best possible position with Frank Wolfe III. He not only worked with me on my down payment, but he helped me get the warranty that was best for me...then SAVED me 1000$!!!! I would like to personally thank Frank, and Bill Estes for giving me the best possible....well, everything! From coustomer service all the way through the whole process it was the best possible experience I could ask for. And yes, that includes financing. I have a great loan with an outstanding rate. Expecially since my drive time loan was over 18 percent, and it didn't matter how fast u pay the loan off with drive time, the add the interest from the start. So pay it fast, slow, on the front or the back...makes no difference, you owe all the interest. Drive time are loan sharks without a doubt. Bill Estes is the exact opposite. There loan is perfect, everything I would expect and way more. If you are buying a car, truck, or SUV, Bill Estes is the way to go!! Frank Wolfe III, my personal sales rep, is the way to go!!! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, take a look at this place. I am a real coustomer with real concerns. I ended up getting a Crysler 300, by far the best car I have ever owned from inside out. I left the lot with a smile on my face that still hasn't went away. Thanks Frank, and thank you Bill Estes!!
