I don't remember the finance person or manager's name, but they were great. They introduced themselves ... just have a poor memory. LOL. Friendly, and they made me feel comfortable to ask them questions. Chip was friendly, answered all my questions. I gave the same treated from him as with Lee. They both made me feel like I was there only customer, and there was no rushing. More

They were willing to work with us to get the deal done and stayed 2 hours after closing to finish. Lee was amazing and so was the finance guy Patrick. Everything about our experience will lead us back to this dealership in the future. I am very impressed as well with your company values. Poor Customer Service I have purchased three vehicles from Bill Estes. The first two experiences brought me back. The third experience makes me want to run from the buildin I have purchased three vehicles from Bill Estes. The first two experiences brought me back. The third experience makes me want to run from the building and let everyone know that if you value customer service - go somewhere else! After the first two sales, the tax, title, etc. was taken care of by the dealership, as agreed upon. The third vehicle- nothing in 60 days. I received notice from General Manager Andy Wernsman that "If, for some reason there is something that prevents you from being "COMPLETELY SATISFIED" in every category, please contact me..." So I figured my next logical step was to do just that - and call Andy Wernsman. Except he doesn't take phone calls or return voicemails. Every time I've called he is miraculously "with a customer". So I decided I'd try a different tactic and just stay on hold so that I could hope to get my issue resolved. When asked to be put on hold the receptionist changed her tone of voice, rudely advised me (again) that he was with a customer. I acknowledged that he was indeed, with a customer, but that I too- a customer, would hold the line to speak with him. With a rude tone- she asked for my name, which I kindly obliged and back to hold I went! After two cycles of commercials, the receptionist picked up the line and told me that although she knew I was on hold to speak with Mr. Wernsman that he somehow evaded the phone call, slipped out the side door and wouldn't be returning until afternoon. When asked about the best time to reach Mr. Wernsman I was met again with disdain and told that she didn't know when to get ahold of him. So I kindly asked for his voicemail to leave yet another message that I'm assuming will also go unnoticed. It's really sad, actually because I thought my family had found a place we could trust and the customer service was decent. Boy were we wrong - too bad it took three vehicle sales for us to realize it. In another three years I'll be purchasing another new car, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. It's really too bad because the support staff was great up to the point where I needed to get an issue resolved that should have been taken care of with the sale. -- Eldon Lindsay, new owner of a Ford Escape with no registration. As for the other employees we worked with- Patrick Smith is a class act, knows what he is doing and is remarkably good with customer service. We bought our first two vehicles from him and were saddened that he moved up in the ranks, but wish him the best in everything! Brandon Kidd was great about finalizing the car, getting everything switched over and some other nuisance items. Very bright young man who is also good at his job. Mike Parham- the sales process was great, but it looks like the ball got dropped when it came to the title situation. I can't discount other factors, but this situation should have been initiated by Mr. Parham and it seems that the follow-through execution was lacking. More

If i call them for any reason, i get the answers i need and the service i appreciate. they are polite, good people to work with!! Joel Stucker was especially helpful with a some tech questions i had...he knew the answers, was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and it's features that i didn't understand. because of him, i now do!!! 2013 Mustang 5.0 I recently traded my 2005 Mustang GT in for a 2013 Mustang 5.0. This is the second time we've worked with Tony Lehn and third purchase at Estes. He is I recently traded my 2005 Mustang GT in for a 2013 Mustang 5.0. This is the second time we've worked with Tony Lehn and third purchase at Estes. He is always very professional and organized. He is also personable and speaks to us when seeing us out in public. Buying a vehicle with him was an easy experience. He was able to work out a deal that I needed to be able to trade. We will continue to come back to Bill Estes because of sales associates like Tony. We have been pleased customers each time. More
Great Buying Experience I went in to look at a truck I found on their website. The staff was upfront and honest about the truck by revealing that it did have engine issues. They encouraged me to look at a few other options they had that would fit my needs.I am glad I took that advice. I ended up buying a truck that had a lot less miles and 9 years newer for just a little more money. The whole experience was great and I was in and out in just a little bit of time. More
