Great Experience! Been several years since I purchased a car from a car dealership (loved not having a car payment) and was hesitant about buying another car. Decided i Been several years since I purchased a car from a car dealership (loved not having a car payment) and was hesitant about buying another car. Decided it wouldn't hurt to look so I went on in to Bill Estes Ford. Upon arriving at the dealer, a sales associate by the name of Frank Wolfe was the first to greet me. I explained that I was in no rush to buy a new car as mine was already paid for but was interested in looking at a couple of used cars I saw online which is what brought me to B.E.F. in the first place. Frank was very understanding of my position and did not pressure me to buy in any way. He showed me one of the vehicles I had asked about and let me take it for a test drive. After deciding I couldn't live without it, we proceeded with the paperwork. Frank worked diligently so that we could come to an agreement and I was on the road within an hour or so. It was a great experience from the time I found my car on their website until I drove it off the lot and I would highly recommend them to family, friends and complete strangers! Frank Wolfe represented the best of what Bill Estes Ford had to offer and I will most certainly take my business to them in the future! More

Vehicle Purchase at its Best I originally came into Bill Estes Ford to purchase a new truck. I met with Tony Lehn and had him crunch some numbers on several trucks, did I mention I originally came into Bill Estes Ford to purchase a new truck. I met with Tony Lehn and had him crunch some numbers on several trucks, did I mention this all took place as the dealership was closing on a Friday night? I kept everyone there an hour and a half after closing but I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone. The finance manager, Greg Floyd, also stayed late in case a purchase was made. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a new truck that fit my budget, but Greg pointed out that there was a used truck that he thought I may like. He was right. I purchased the truck the next day. I got a fair price for my trade-in, purchased the used truck at a fair price and get this. No haggling! I want to thank Tony for his patience and for proceeding with the process in the manner in which I asked! I also thank Greg for his suggestion and his professionalism and courtesy in financing the truck. More
