The only question I had was during financing it wasn't clearly explained to me why I wasn't given more for my trade in when that was the main advert The only question I had was during financing it wasn't clearly explained to me why I wasn't given more for my trade in when that was the main advertisement that drew us in. I was left with my imagination (since it wasn't explained), that due to Ford's zero interest program, Estes would not give me anymore for my trade as was advertised. Another local dealer sent me a letter telling me they would give me almost 9,000 for my trade. Estes gave me 6,600 then added back 4,000 for extras on the car I picked. In the end it has left me feeling rather foolish for going through with the deal. Your staff were very professional, efficient and courteous. More
