After many awful dealership experiences, Bill Estes Ford treated us like people, and actually cared to help us out. This didn't feel like a sales experience, but more like a consult. They have put up with me when I had a fit over some minor issues. Can not say enough about their service and honesty. The two receptionist behind the counter in the service department were very sympathetic and very friendly. It's this kind of service that will bring me back. The price for repairs and oil changes are good as well. If you take your car or truck to this dealership, you will have certified mechanics working on your car. To me that makes a difference. More

He took me to a used truck that was perfect for me. Now I've always hated the paper work process, it makes me feel uncomfortable. They made it very relaxing, coming together on a price i felt like I got the family deal. It was by far the most pleasurable vehicle experience I've ever had. I'm 53 and have bought a lot of trucks, wished I would have found Bill Estes sooner. I'm now a customer for life even though I live southeast or indy and they're northwest of town.
