Five Star Dealership and Customer Service My wife and I were looking for a fuel efficient car for me to use as a daily driver. We drove 21 miles to Estes Ford and we were me by a friendly sale My wife and I were looking for a fuel efficient car for me to use as a daily driver. We drove 21 miles to Estes Ford and we were me by a friendly salesman named Nathan Wright. Nathan ask if there was anything he could help us with. We told him we were looking at a car from their On-line site and wanted to look at the car. Nathan let us look at the car without pressureing us in any way. He offered to let us test drive the car which we did. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were there to look at and during the test drive he told us what he knew about the car. We went into the dealership after the test drive and we were given a starting price as well as a proposed payment. My wife and I told Nathan we would think about it and get back with him. We took a day or two and made the decision to purchase the car and I called Nathan and set up an appointment to come in and take care of the paperwork. Nathan worked with the Loan Manager and got the payment to right where we wanted. Nathan introduced us to the Business/Loan Manager, Michael Balkas, and he took care of all the paperwork in a quick and courteous manner. Michael took his time with us to make sure we got everything we needed including "Gap Coverage" for our new vehicle purchase. Once we wrapped up with the paperwork, Nathan met us to give us the keys and to walk us out. My wife and I left there feeling very good about our purchase and we were very pleased with how we were treated by these two Gentlemen!! Looking for a second vehicle On a trip to Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg to have my oil changed on my Escape, I went into the dealership to look for a salesman I had spoken to prev On a trip to Bill Estes Ford in Brownsburg to have my oil changed on my Escape, I went into the dealership to look for a salesman I had spoken to previously, and had shown me several vehicles, but none were quite right. This day that particular salesman was not working, and I met Mike Parham. I explained to him I was looking for a used vehicle that could pull a horse trailer, and I had jotted down several on a list that I had seen listed on the dealership website. Even knowing that I had asked for another salesman, Mike said that he would be happy to help me look, and right away told me that any purchase would be credited to my previous salesman. As a single woman coming in alone looking for a car, I could be seen as an easy mark by someone just looking to make a sale. This was definitely not the case with Mike. He listened to what I was looking for, and the price I was interested in. He took me around the dealership to see several vehicles, and let me test drive what I wanted. As we evaluated the pros and cons of each, his opinion was honest and fair. There was absolutely no pressure at any time forcing me to make decision. When I found a vehicle that I was really interested in, he went over it with me from top to bottom, explained the good and the dings and nicks that come with purchasing a used car. I was given an offer that was fair and required no haggling. A previous purchase elsewhere years ago was stressful and scary. Not at Bill Estes. All the staff are friendly and very genuine. Financing was painless. I am so happy with my Explorer, and thank you to Mike Parham for his time and effort in helping me find it.
