I had been to three local Ford dealerships prior to Bill Estes, and my frustration was mounting. I knew exactly what I wanted as well as how much I could afford to pay, yet noone was able to accommodate my Estes, and my frustration was mounting. I was greeted within minutes by Brian, who was willing and eager to do whatever it took to earn my business. The price was right (finally), but the specific color of the vehicle I wanted was not in stock; however, Bill Estes made it happen! I am a tough customer, and I left with everything I wanted (and more). Since my purchase, the staff has continued to provide a superior level of customer service, answering any question I may have within minutes. I will be returning to Bill Estes for the purchase of my next vehicle, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I was in a vehicle that I hated and now thanks to Nathan, Michael, Zac and Bill, I am in a vehicle that I love. Best customer service I have ever had! Mike and Greg are phenomenal! Had to trade a truck after not even a week of having it, and these guys took great care of us! Out of all my experience with purchasing vehicles, Bill Estes was exceptional. I can't think of anything that went wrong when going through the process of buying my vehicle (2008 Ford F-150). Sitting down and going over paperwork was like going through it with a person I have known for years. Very outgoing, talkative, and most importantly, relaxed. I started my journey to buy a car online. Nathan at Bill Estes was the most helpful sales person to reply. Nathan not only suggested new cars, but we also discussed used cars. I really appreciated not being pressure to buy a new car only. Nathan also showed me respect, something not done by all car dealers when they find out they are dealing with a female. He did not treat me like some "dumb" woman. When it came time for me to go look at the car I had decided on, my husband and I drove to Indy. (which is two hours from where I live). We spent 5 hours with Nathan because I kept changing my mind. He showed us several different cars and we test drove two different cars. All the while Nathan was patient, helpful and fun to be working with. While we were at the dealership everyone there was friendly and willing to wait on us, asking us if we wanted anything to drink, at one point we were even asked if we wanted a pizza or something ordered. I hope my new car last several years and when the time comes for a trade I will contact Nathan first, if he is still with Bill Estes. Otherwise, I will get with another salesperson in their department because I don't think the dealership hires just anyone off the street. I think they make sure their sales people are friendly, competent, informative and enjoy their job. Again, I am almost 60 years old, have bought several cars, and Nathan is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. More
