I originally drove to Brownsburg to look at an SUV I found online at Auto Trader. Brittney connected with me online and set up an appointment for me to meet with Nathan Wright. I came to test drive and price the car. I was upfront with Nathan what my payment could be but that vehicle was just out of my range. I left Nathan with a list of options I wanted and told him to call me if he found anything. I never really expected a call as I have done this with other dealers/salesmen and never heard back from them. But two weeks later Nathan called me with details on 2 cars he had found and I was surprised. So I made another appointment to come take a look. In the mean time my employer announced that we were moving locations and my drive into work just got a lot further. So I called Nathan on a Friday afternoon with a new list of needs/wants to see what he could do. I drove out Saturday morning and was driving away in the perfect car for me Saturday afternoon! Between Mark and Nathan they did everything they could to meet all my wants and still get me in my price range. To be honest I hate buying cars because the experience is always so painful and I walk away only half satisfied with my purchase. Maybe that is why I get a new car every 3 years.
