I wanted to thank Darryl the finance manager and Mike Balkas who stuck it out with me through the process. They worked patiently with me through the process to get approved. We had quite of few obstacles Balkas who stuck it out with me through the process. They worked patiently with me through the process to get approved. We had quite of few obstacles, but they helped me get the car I wanted. Alex Ruppert was really informative with teaching me all the features of this vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. I Took my 2008 f250 powerstroke to the dealer to have it looked at im from out of town and got bad diesel fuel that had water in it, Had them look at it to try to find out what the issue was,they replaced t looked at im from out of town and got bad diesel fuel that had water in it, Had them look at it to try to find out what the issue was,they replaced the fuel filters dropped and drained the gas tank and did an oil change.No complaints the service was good on that end, price was decent also.My issue is while the truck was there an expensive diesel battery charger was misplaced hopefully possibly stolen, a tire that had no issues at all with very little wear at all was flat When i picked the truck up.Im not sure if they ran over a screw or piece of metal when they was pulling it into the bays or what but i drove 2hrs before I the truck serviced and it was parked over night there before they did any work and there was no low tires at all so it had to of happened while it was there getting worked on.The last issue is after I got the truck home I noticed a 6 inch scratch on the tailgate that was never there looks as if a large heavy tool was dropped against it or something.I did not notice it at the dealership because the truck was covered in snow and salt from where it was sitting in the lot before I picked it up.Once again the actual repairs/service done was fine but it seems as if they have careless and or dis honest service technicians.When I asked the service manager about the battery charger he said he did not know where it was and id not seem very concerned at all about finding out where it was.I understand if they needed to remove it from the front seat to work on the truck or whatever the reason is but theres no reason they should be losing expensive customer possessions then acting like it is no big deal and could careless.Overall I would not recommend this dealership ive heard of alot worse things happening at dealerships but with the type of employees this dealership apparently has that does not care about being careful to not damage customers cars and property when doing service work it could lead to much larger issues.I will definitely make sure the members of the multiple ford car and truck forums I am a member of know about the type of service I received at this dealership. More

I did a build online and filled out the info for Ford to contact me. Shortly after submitting I received an email from Mike, then very shortly after that a phone call from Dustin. Dustin had what I was look contact me. Shortly after submitting I received an email from Mike, then very shortly after that a phone call from Dustin. Dustin had what I was looking for in front of him, he said they had something similar in stock so I made an appointment to drive the next morning. I was amazed at how friendly and laid back Mike and Dustin were, it was really busy in the dealership but they didn't try to rush me, OR sell me something I didn't want! Long story short, they didn't have the exact truck I was looking for but Mike said, "I'll find it", and he did! The day I went in to pick it up the dealership was crazy busy again but Bill the finance guy had all the paperwork done and marked where signatures were needed, really simple. Dustin was very thorough on showing me how to work everything and was not trying to rush thru it even though they were busy. I appreciate that! Thanks to everyone there, it was a team effort and a team win! More

This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Owen was fantastic and helped us get the deal we could afford. I had a great experience at Bill Estes Ford. I was in an accident Thursday morning and visited that afternoon to get some ideas. Met Natan, he was very helpful but still didn't know what my insurance compa accident Thursday morning and visited that afternoon to get some ideas. Met Natan, he was very helpful but still didn't know what my insurance company was going to do. Found out Friday, the vehicle was totaled out. Since I was on that part of town, I visited Carmax to see what they had. I wanted a no haggle deal that was fair. I went back Saturday to Bill Estes thinking this might be a waist of time. They were very busy and Nathan had a Customer already. Mike Parham, told me he could help. Mike was very easy to deal with. I told him what I wanted (vehicle and price) and he got me really close. Close enough that we didn't have to go back and forth four or five times. Financing was a breeze. They got me an interest rate that was half of Carmax. That brought the slight price difference right back down. They said they like to deal locally, so do I. We got it done in a couple hours and they even trained me on the Sync System (sorry I can't remember the young man's name since Dustin was busy). I love my 2011 Explorer and will go back to Bill Estes. More

I listed "good" as the price because I feel prices are too high on vehicles in general. I got the deal I asked for, but I feel I was rushed.
