So, I am 20 years old and until recently had been dealer jumping from dealership to dealership looking for the vehicle I had in mind. When I found the one I wanted at a dealership a few towns over. I asked to go on a test drive the sales associate at the dealership I was at was reluctant, sighed, and was sluggish. On the test drive his put down comments did not really help sell the vehicle. So I decided to go to a different dealership, one in my own hometown. Bill Estes Ford. There upon my immediate arrival I had a sales associate there to talk about the different vehicles I was interested in and he was very knowledgeable. It is a totally different shopping experience when the sales associate treats you seriously even though I do not appear to be a prospective customer due to my age and lack of previous credit. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford Raptor 6.2L SVT. Very pleased with the quality of the vehicle and often go in to the dealership and talk to my sales associate! More
