Kyle was very nice during the process, but we did most of our negotiating through email and when I came into the dealership, I feel I did not get what we had discussed in our emails. Originally my trade in was worth $1,000 then we negotiated more and they said they would take $2,000 for it, then when the paperwork came, it was on $1,000 and Chris came up with a high interest rate at first and I told him my bank could do better, so then he said another bank "owed him a favor" and he would call them to get me a lower interest rate. However, he never called them, he just got a lower rate, but when the monthly payment was higher than I wanted, the rate ended up going higher anyway because we had to stretch out the payments. They did not throw in ANYTHING extra, I asked if they would tint just my 2 front windows and they told me that would cost $199 and I also didn't have a remote starter and they wouldn't do that either. My sister got tinted windows and a remote starter when she purchased her vehicle at Penske in Indianapolis. I felt Chris was fake and I didn't trust him and would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family for sure. More

From the beginning email and phone call to driving off the lot, this was honestly the best customer service experience I have ever had, yet alone in buying a new car. Matt W. is a bright, honest, hard working young man and knows his stuff on everything Ford. I felt like I was buying a car from my own son, so helpful and sweet. He was patient, kind and made everything so easy and showed me every option I wanted. I was so blessed that he is the one who contacted me after my internet request. I will be referring him to all my friends and family and when my granddaughter is ready for her first new car soon, we will for sure be back to buy a new car with the Awesome team that helped us. Chris E. made getting financed like a dream; so easy, everything explained so I could understand it, and super kind and friendly. Alex M. was my final helper who took his time walking over the car, showing me how everything worked, and being realy patient while I learned to use the sync function for my phone. Today was a blessed day for me to be able to drive home in a gorgeous new Edge and feel blessed to have been treated so well. It has been a very very long time since I have owned a new car and I teared up from joy when all was said and done.
