I came across Estes Ford's ratings online and browsed their inventory. After being disappointed by both the sales teams and inventory at my local dealers, I traveled from out of state to Browsburg becau their inventory. I actually had a good idea of what they had in stock already because the online representative had assisted me on a Sunday afternoon. Matt Westenkirchner contacted me the next morning and we arranged a time for me to look at trucks. I'm very busy and it helped immensely to be able to narrow down options and cut to the chase the moment I arrived. I wasn't planning on trading my current vehicled but decided to at the last moment. Matt worked with me to get a good price on both the new truck and my trade. We were able to work a deal that same night just before closing time so I didn't have to make the trip again to finalize anything. Matt even went out of his way to make sure I had a front license bracket, which is required in my home state. I would reccommend him and the rest of the Estes team to my family and friends. My wife and I were not expecting to buy a car on the day we visited Bill Estes ford. We were only there to look and get ideas of the type of car we would be looking for once our lease was up. Owen greated we visited Bill Estes ford. We were only there to look and get ideas of the type of car we would be looking for once our lease was up. Owen greated us and gave us plenty of space to look all the while being very informative of the questions we had. He pointed us in the direction of a Ford Fusion, showed us the features and we told him, we have a lease we are not buying today but we would like to get numbers.
