We were confronted with an unexpected need to purchase a vehicle and set out to obtain a used car. After a less than desirable experience and run around with another Ford Dealer in the area, I ventured over vehicle and set out to obtain a used car. After a less than desirable experience and run around with another Ford Dealer in the area, I ventured over to Bill Estes. Working with Brandon Kidd on a possible 2008 Focus, we came to the realization that the payments for that car did not make sense. We knew from the other dealer approximately what the payments would be on a new car and pursued that. Brandon was patient as we had our guard up and did not make this sale easy on him. We test drove a 2013 Focus and a Fiesta. The Focus was the easy choice. Every step of the process from there was explained to us. Any delays, anything. Brandon stayed with us until Chris was ready for us. In Chris' office all of our financing options and warranties were explained and we felt comfortable with all of our choices. At no point in this process did we feel pressured or hurried. We arrived at 10:30 that morning and we were driving our new car off the lot by 12:45pm. We love the car and our experience with Bill Estes Ford. Easily the best dealership experience we have ever had. More
