I went to this dealership to buy my car because my dad previously came in and bought his truck from this dealership. I went to the dealership 3x over the course of a week and looked at quite a few cars. Matt was patient with me and didn't try to sway my decision or lack thereof. When I finally found the car we ended up buying, I sat in it and knew it was the car for our family. Purchasing the car: Brian and Matt worked with my wife and I to get us an awesome deal for our trade-in and the price of the vehicle we were purchasing. It was a very quick process with little back and forth. Both guys were very professional and also very friendly. At no time were they "pushy" with us. Paperwork: My wife had to leave to get the kids from the babysitter. We informed Matt of this when we first got to the dealership. Chris was very, very helpful with explaining the contract and the different warranties and such while allowing my wife and I to choose the best coverage that suited our needs. He never tried to over or under sell us on anything. He explained everything and made sure we understood and agreed with all the numbers and then quickly had my wife sign what she needed to so that she could leave. This was very appreciated by us and also by the babysitter! We were in and out in about an hour and a half for the whole process. (Includes my wife looking at a few cars as well) Overall: I will definitely be back to this dealership to purchase our next car whenever that time comes. Hands-down the best experience I've had buying a car. Usually I hate any and all interactions with anyone associated with a dealership; pretty much ruins my day. This was the opposite. I was in the market for a new car. I visited several dealerships with Bill Estes being the 3rd Ford dealership visited. Other dealerships did not have a fusion S readily available and kept trying to se dealerships with Bill Estes being the 3rd Ford dealership visited. Other dealerships did not have a fusion S readily available and kept trying to sell me other models. Which were great models, but had more features than i require. I found the ford fusion S in blue on their website and emailed Darryl regarding its availability and price based on other dealerships I visited. They were within $100 of price negotiations i had done at other competitors. Tony Lehn was fantastic!!! My wife and I pulled up, parked, and found the Fusion S in front. We were looking at the car when Tony came over within 5 minutes of us being there (I sent an email saying we were on our way). He let my wife and I test drive and we purchased the car within 60 minutes. This dealership was not pushy at all with the sale, the paperwork was streamlined, and a technician spent time educating us on our new vehicle hands free options in detail. Our trade in value was exactly what i expected it to be-didn't even need to negotiate, and the finance guy Greg had found that the Capital One APY was better than our expected Chase APY!!!! And we found out they have $19.99 oil changes!!! I love my new car and the care/service we received from Tony has already setup my new Ford Fusion S to be just as memorable as when i purchased my first car in high school. I only feel bad about not thinking about Bill Estes sooner. It wasn't until my oldest walked in with his St. Malachy cub scout pine wood derby car shirt from earlier in the year, which was donated by Bill Estes Ford, that i recalled the dealership.
