This car buying experience was great! Upon my arrival I wasn't bombarded with sales people. They let me get my barings then approached with a friendly attitude. I went to this dealership for a specific Flex I found online which I found out when I got there had already been sold. Owen Waxman was my salesman and made the whole experience wonderful! He showed me another Flex that was actually nicer that the original one I wanted. He set us up and sent my husband and I on a test drive. When we returned the process was easy and comfortable. Owen explained in detail all the cars features, warranty information, and "showed me the carfax!" We talked about affordable payments and away he went. I was shocked and pleased that Owen and the finance department were able to get me payments I could manage. After giving me some time to think privately I happily signed on the dotted line and now own a 2010 Ford Flex! Just a side note - I did go in with a game plan and said I wasn't going to get the Extended Protection Plan.......After talking to the finance guy he made me a deal I couldn't refuse! Amazing!!
