I recently had a car accident and needed to replace my vehicle. My previous car had been serviced at Bill Estes Ford and we live in Brownsburg so decided to start our search there. Buying a car is always a tedious process but I have to admit this was a very positive experience. Our salesman, Chip, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The financing paperwork went very smoothly with Greg and he also was friendly and helpful. Overall I know we made the right choice and would definitely return to Bill Estes Ford if we ever need another vehicle and, of course, will be having all our service done there. More

Tony made this car buying experience way easier that I expected. He was eager to show me the cars smaller/larger to ensure I was going to end up with the right car for me and my family. Once I was ready to move forward with a car, the negotiation process was very efficient. Rather than other dealer I've dealt with in the past where you might take 20 minutes to go back and forth 1 time, I think we went back and forth 2 times in less than 10 minutes. Greg was additionally excellent in answering any questions I had yet very efficient in moving me through the financial closing process. While I'm not exactly in the market to buy another car in the near future, when I do get to that point, I'll be sure to check out Bill Estes Ford first and would love to work with Tony again. More

I came in to buy my first car, my expectations were not high for what I was going to receive in turn for my trade in. Not only did I walk away with a brand new 2013 Ford Fiesta but Mike Parham listened to high for what I was going to receive in turn for my trade in. I received a good trade in amount on my 2004 truck and ended up with an acceptable price and good financing as well. Overall, this was a pleasant experience - which is not necessarily true when buying a new vehicle. I've owned 11 new cars and trucks in my life and this was among the best experiences I've ever had.
